I believe there are four types of relationships that everyone needs in their lives,

A disciple, someone who follows you. We live in a very selfish culture where knowledge is hoarded rather than shared due to fear. We need to be teaching the next generation otherwise, as the Japanese sword maker would say, ‘the tradition will wear thin with time.’

Who are your disciples? There is always something and someone you can teach and inspire. 

Get skin in the game, have disciples.
