Here is a little jewel I picked up, ‘you expand by relaxing’. It seem counterintuitive almost, but makes complete sense when you think about.

If you want more, wider, bigger, then relax.

We hold onto tension like it is our lifeline, using all our energy to hold everything as close and tight as possible.,

but if you want to expand, relax.
