Let it go... faster.

The single biggest benefit meditation has brought me is building my resilience, the ability to let go ...  and get back to what matters faster.

At its base that is all meditation is, training your mind to let go and refocus.

When my meditation practice is irregular (or non-existent), my mind slowly gets lazier, retreats to the couch, and before I know it, it would get stuck for weeks binge-ing on a negative thought pattern.

Then no one wins.

It's true what Blaise Pascal said, that all the problems in the world exist because people can't sit quietly in a room alone.

Get skin in the game, go and sit for a while.
