Stop

Anne Lamott, one of my favorite authors, said in her TED talk that one of the things that she knows for sure in her life is that just about everything will work again if you leave it unplugged for a while, including you.

The Khoi San, the indigenous people of Southern Africa, say that when you go out running, hunting or searching for water, you need to stop every now and again so that your spirit can catch up.

Get skin in the game, pause.
