Strapped in amidst chaos...

I like this interpretation of Picasso's Guernica.

There is a story that when Picasso was very young there was a great fire one night in his hometown. His father strapped him to his chest to keep him safe whilst he was running around helping people and putting out fires. This is why, according to some art historians and critics, Picasso's work seems to portray chaos but seemingly from a safe vantage point.

He is still safely strapped to his father's chest.

What are you strapped to, what is solid for you right now? Archimedes said that if you give him a leaver and a fulcrum, a place to stand, he can move the world. We tend to forget about the fulcrum.

Get skin in the game, forward this to someone, remind them who they are, remind them that they have a place to stand.
