I've been thinking quite a bit about gentleness.

The gentle movement of water that cuts through stone.

The gentle give and return of a sponge when placed under enormous pressure.

The gentle announcement a fragrance can make.

Gentle things hold true power. The 'Early Riser' tone on my phone that wakes me each morning, the nearly unnoticeable softening of light on my computer screen as it adapts to the time of day.

Design gently people, live gently, there is no need to shout.
