What was it like ... for you?

To reflect on your experience of something can be extremely valuable in making a decision.

At the end of the day, go through your day and ask yourself with each event, meeting, happening… what was it like?

Not objectively, SUBJECTIVELY.

What was it like, for you?

How did you experience it, were you grateful, peaceful, content or ungrateful, irritated or annoyed?

Why, was it because your ego got praised or irritated, or was it a true reaction?

And so we can sense our way through life, by leaning into that which truly consoles us.

Get skin in the game, reflect.
