Seems to me that there are two movements in my life, movement that I create by pushing and movement that happens when something pulls me.
Lately I've been focusing more attention on the things that pull me. It requires less energy from my part, and tend to work out more often.
Both movements are valid, I suspect, at different stages in our lives, sometimes we have to swim upstream, and sometimes we have to let the current take us.
The trick is to know which one you are in, but what if for this week you just let the current take you?
